1. Acceptance
By using health.tasdak.com or booking a service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Nature of our services
Larkfield provides wellness education and coaching. We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, psychotherapy or physical therapy. Please read the Medical Disclaimer in full.
3. Eligibility
Services are offered to adults aged eighteen and over who are able to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Booking and payment
Sessions are confirmed by email. Prices are those published on the Programs page at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless a program has been invoiced in instalments. Late payment may result in suspension of scheduling.
5. Cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to twenty-four hours in advance. Later cancellations are charged at fifty percent, waived once per client per calendar year and always waived for illness. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate health information, to tell us promptly about changes in your health or medication, to obtain physician clearance where we request it, and to stop any activity that causes pain or distress.
7. Acceptable use of the website
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, transmit malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images, plans, templates and downloads on this site are owned by Larkfield Health Studio unless stated otherwise. You may print material for personal use. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
9. Testimonials
Client comments published on this site are genuine and used with permission. Names may be abbreviated to protect privacy. Individual results vary and are not a guarantee of outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larkfield Health Studio, its owner and staff are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or of general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Larkfield against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York County have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking governs that booking.
